Wonderful and absolutely charming hotel with free parking and favourable location very close to the ski lifts. Very-very nice venue employees all round. A FAMILY atmosphere around the place. Separate bedroom. A fridge, coffee/tea making facilities, and a seating area in the room.

The hotel was a useful base for visiting all of Livigno's major attractions. the place had a quiet atmosphere. - My room included central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel television. - the location was the best possible, right in the center with a view overlooking the mountain.

The hotel was wonderful and charming, located in a pedestrian area close to the city center, restaurants, and ski lifts. Every staff member was efficient and excellent, making my stay enjoyable. the central location was a definite plus for exploring the Centro district. My room had great amenities such as a safe, television, and coffee/tea making machines. I would 100% recommend this hotel and didn't want to leave.

This place is just next to the pedestrian area and the restaurant, making it easy to explore around 🚶‍♂️. the nearby restaurant, La Grolla, is a great spot to enjoy delicious meals within minutes of here.

The hotel's location is extremely convenient, as it is just a short walk away from the ski lifts. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a balcony offering a view of the main street. The staff are warm and courteous, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The spa is a relaxing way to unwind after a day of skiing, and little gestures such as finding chocolates in our room added a personal touch to our experience.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We spent our Xmas in this hotel and enjoyed it. The complementary spa was a real treat after skiing and the daily mulled wine really added to the festive atmosphere. The hotel’s location in the town center made it easy to walk everywhere, and the free buses to the ski slopes were a bonus.

The sole waitress was unfriendly and didn't seem to care about the guests. The breakfast options were limited and underwhelming compared to other hotels we had stayed at.
